The safety awareness course consists of two parts:

1. A theoretical part during which the company's safety policy and its legal background are presented (for example, the Dutch Occupational Health and Safety Act is explained).

2. A practical part during which participants discuss a number of internal incidents they are familiar with. Participants talk about what happened and we lay the link to the safety policy and the behaviour of the involved employees.
